Facing a particular civilization — or a whole lineup? Pick your opponents and we'll rank which civ is best to play against them, scored by how hard each one counters the opposition's signature units. Every answer is drawn straight from the game's attack bonuses and armor classes, so it stays accurate to the live balance.
